- Driver Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing them with necessary information, instructions, and support throughout their shifts.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and update daily schedules for drivers and ensure adequate coverage for all routes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, route changes, and driver performance.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during operations, including missed pickups or driver delays.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other team members to enhance service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
