Assistant Director – Early Childhood Education
Location: Hermosa View
Schedule: Full-Time (6 Hours/Day, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $ 22.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Hermosa View seeks a passionate and experienced Assistant Director to support our early childhood education program for children ages 4–7. If you're a strong leader with a heart for children and a background in early learning, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist in daily operations and classroom oversight
- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities
- Support and guide classroom staff
- Maintain licensing and safety compliance
- Build positive relationships with families and team members
What We're Looking For:
- 12 ECE units (AA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- 2 years of experience in childcare or early education
- Leadership skills and a collaborative spirit
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
