We're seeking an experienced emergency room physician to join our team as Medical Director at our state-of-the-art facility in Lubbock. As a key leader, you will guide our medical staff, foster collaboration across all departments, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Your leadership will shape both clinical practices and administrative decisions, while fostering a patient-first approach throughout the organization.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine or family care
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience
- Current license in good standing in the State of Texas
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS if not boarded in emergency medicine
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements as outlined in medical staff bylaws
