As the Executive Assistant - Corporate, essential responsibilities include:
- Plan, organize, coordinate and perform administrative activities required by executive management. May support other senior staff members in processing sensitive/confidential material and coordinating calendar schedules.
- Compose effective correspondence independently; review and edit material prepared by others.
- Interact with internal and external partners, exercising considerable judgement and apply experience in making decisions; provide information in accordance with STAR’s policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including logistics, materials and presentations as required.
- Greet customers in person or via phone by meeting their needs or directing them to the appropriate individual.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, mail, reports, etc. to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, as well as other STAR employees.
- Special projects such as event planning and projects involving employees, customers, and other business associates.
- Coordinate with all departments on the compilation, organization and issuance of reports and preparation for presentations.
