The Financial Analyst position is included in a workplace model that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work.
As a Financial Analyst, essential job duties include;
- Gather, validate and provide data to 3rd parties to assist with quarterly ALM, ALLL and CECL report generation.
- Prepare financial statements for analysis and distribution to lines of business, business units and senior management.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for customer data across lines of business.
- Analyze ALLL, CECL and ALM reports on a quarterly basis and provide insights to finance management team.
- Assist with the quarterly forecast and annual budget process including:
- Conducting meetings with lines of business and business units to discuss forward looking projections.
- Assist with data loaders and system integrity.
- Develop reports on forecast and budget data as needed.
- Provide analysis on forward looking statements to lines of business and business units.
- Manage the bank’s daily cash position and work with business units to understand forward looking changes to the position.
- Work with finance management team to identify cash needs and potential sources.
- Monitor market deposit rates and report material changes to finance management team and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Systems Analyst to ensure integrity of data and system parameters.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial reports used by key stakeholders.
