What are the responsibilities and job description for the K Factor Analyst position at Star Group LP?
Job Description :
As a K-Factor Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing reports and make adjustments to account-specific K-factors / hot water gallons.
The role would have a work from home schedule. The role does require being able to travel into a Star Group office location as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Review exception reports and problem accounts on a daily basis
- Make appropriate K-factor or hot water adjustments to specific accounts, as required
- Analyze run-out reports and take appropriate action by contacting customer, district, etc., and implement Run-out Recovery Strategy
- Recommend enhancements to the K-factor analysis and adjustment process
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Promote and support the Petro brand
Qualifications .
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
The hourly pay rate is $23.50 per hour.
