Qualifications:
1. Over the age of 18.
2. Provider Service Experience (PAS)/Vesta Software Experience.
3. The Ability to fellow oral and written instructions.
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. A High School diploma or GED.
6. At least 1 year's experience in Home Health Provider Services.
7. Transportation to and from work.
Job Descriptions:
1. Verifying employees criminal history checks, misconduct information, & registry checks.
2. To ensure that employee time sheets are filed into patient folders.
3. Prepare patient and personnel folders.
4. Document all patient in-take.
5. Do E.V.V. visit verfications.
6. Perform chart audits.
7. Perform Supervisory visits.
8. Admit patients to our agency.
9. Perform other varies duties as assigned by supervisor.
