Description

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for coordinates the daily assignments for the supervisors and villa attendants for the housekeeping department. Continuously answer all incoming calls and dispatch it via phone or two way radio to the appropriate personnel.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer incoming calls and dispatch the messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare all villa attendants and sections supervisors work assignments a day in advance. Print daily reports from rcc and espreso system.
  • Prepare checkout forecast for the week.
  • Keep attendance record up-to-date; also prepare counseling for employee's absenteeism or tardiness.
  • Constantly communicate with supervisors via radio to get an update on the status of the villas. Update the status of the villas in the computer.
  • Filing all employees' documents as well as housekeeping daily reports.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software; RCC; Espresso and Word Processing software.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

High school diploma or GED.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bi-Lingual is a plus.
