Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-quality care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans, including long-term care and acute pain management strategies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, including medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and medication administration protocols.
- Monitor utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation and improve service efficiency.
- Facilitate case management and triage processes to address patient needs effectively.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
