Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration among students.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, recognizing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.

- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
