Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and POS operations.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and onboarding new team members.
- Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational skills.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with pricing strategies, and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Promote wireless sales initiatives to meet or exceed store sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or management role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance customer engagement.
