Job Description: Forklift Operator
We seek skilled Forklift Operators to join our dynamic Star Nova US LLC team. This role involves ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and organization of inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence, with experience in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and onto trucks.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in inventory management, including physical counts and proper record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize storage space and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification (preferred; training available for qualified candidates).
- Experience in Forklift.
- Proven experience with inventory management in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and a safe workplace.
Work Conditions:
- Standard warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
- Typical work hours: 40 per week, with potential overtime during peak periods.
