Unit : Urgent Care
Shift : Days 8-10hrs
Per Diem : 20hrs 40hrs / wk
Pay Rate : $18 / hr
REQUIREMENTS
CA- CMA- Certified in good standing
1-2 years of clinic / urgent care experience
BLS (front / back-singed)
Must be proficiency in basic lab draw
2- Current references (RNs)
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers- MMR / Varicella / Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass a back ground screening
Must be able to pass urine drug testing
