Orientation will be provided by facility ~~

Requirements : Resume

LPN- PA license (in good standing)

Current - BLS / CPR

2- current references

2- step PPD (within the last 12 months)

Current physical (within the last 12 months)

MMR, Varicella, Hep B

Must be able to pass back ground check

Must be able to pass urine drug screen

Pay Rates - $20 / hr.
