Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Hours: Regular Business Hours
Salary Range: $110,500 - $151,900 per year, which is base pay.
Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications.

Job Scope/Duties
- Responsible for developing, creating and implementing digital marketing strategies that support Star One’s acquisition, engagement and retention efforts through digital channels including website, mobile, online banking, search/display/retargeting, social media, email and marketing automation.
- Develops and manages strategies to support new member onboarding and cross-selling.
- Proactively collaborates with internal teams to understand member behaviors and build and implement a digital marketing strategy.
- Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and member touchpoints.
- Brainstorms and proactively recommends creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans and executes all web marketing, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns and works closely with the marketing team.
Experience/Minimum Education Requirements
- Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of current and progressive professional digital marketing-related experience, including five (5) years of management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Email marketing and marketing automation experience is required; candidate must have experience working with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Intuvo, Prisma Campaigns, Eloqua, M365 for Marketing (Dynamics) or a similar platform.
- Project management experience is also required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or the equivalent level of education and experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Cross Context Behavior Advertising, Data/Analytics, working knowledge of HTML.
- Creative, flexible and innovative team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editing and presentation skills.
- Must be an analytical independent thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute digital marketing efforts based upon solid logic, trends, research and product/services knowledge.
