Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Per Diem Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on social media, creative idea generation, search engine optimization (SEO), and other marketing tasks. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and family-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor and respond to community engagement, comments, and messages.
- Develop campaigns that highlight STAR Physical Therapy
- Marketing Strategy and Idea Generation:
- Brainstorm and implement creative marketing initiatives to increase visibility and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to design campaigns that align with STAR Physical Therapy’s mission and values.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and blog posts.
- Monitor website analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improving online visibility.
- Update and maintain the website with current and relevant content.
- Community Engagement:
- Help to develop partnerships with local organizations to promote STAR Physical Therapy’s services.
- Identify opportunities for community events or sponsorships to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or small business setting.
