Job Description
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care.
Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations.
Participate in ongoing education for professional growth.
Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development.
Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement.
Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care.
Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
Qualifications
Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current state licensure
CPR certification
Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
Ability to work efficiently / effectively in an autonomous environment
Excellent communication skills
Able to multitask effectively
Self-Starter with the mindset to achieve growth
Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise and manual-based skills and sports rehabilitation preferred
