We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while supporting compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our financial health and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and process financial transactions and data.
- Verify the accuracy of entries and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain trial balances and financial reports.
- Analyze financial information, including budgets and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Complete and file required tax forms in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal audits and financial compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with strong time management and communication abilities.
