Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch Operations: Monitor and coordinate the deployment of security personnel to various locations and incidents. Dispatch security officers to client sites based on needs and priorities
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies. Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency services as needed
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with security officers, providing updates and instructions. Ensure that all radio and communication equipment is functioning properly
- Incident Monitoring: Track and document all incidents, calls, and officer activities in real-time. Use surveillance systems and software to monitor security feeds and assess potential threats
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, and any other relevant documentation. Communicate critical information to management and clients as necessary
- Client Interaction: Serve as a liaison between the security team and clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Compliance and Protocol: Ensure that all security procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with company policies and client requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in security, dispatch, or a related field is preferred
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, dispatch software, and surveillance equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in dispatch or security operations are a plus
- Setting: The position is primarily based in a control room or office setting, with occasional requirements to assist on-site as needed
