Here at Star Protection, we are seeking a customer service driven, local Sr. Security Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitor and authorize entrance of residents, visitors, and vendors to guard against theft and maintain security of residential neighborhood. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, excellent observational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to stay calm in emergency situations. This is an extremely busy, fast paced residential neighborhood. Considered a busy post!

Responsibilities:

• Build, improve and maintain relationships with the client and Star Team.
• Train all team members on proper post orders and procedures.
• Meet or exceed operational goals.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

Requirements:

• Must be customer service oriented
• MUST be technologically inclined: Smart phone and or computer literate
• MUST pass Criminal Background Check
• MUST pass Drug Screenings
• MUST have High School Diploma or Equivalent
