A growing air conditioning company in Vero Beach, FL is looking for a Customer Service/Dispatcher/Office Assistant to assist in scheduling services, routing calls, logging call information, and customer service tasks. Knowledge of the area and an ability to route effectively and efficiently are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer telephones, schedule services, and maintain a changing daily schedule for multiple people
Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and complete job paperwork
Route schedules efficiently
Fleet management
Telemarketing
Customer follow-up
Handle customer concerns to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Accept customer payments
Prepare and submit quotes to clients
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain exceptional phone presence even in difficult situations
Ability to respond, follow-up, and record calls appropriately
Ability to enhance customer relationships through high quality communication
Handle multiple phone lines at once
Talk and type live
Self-motivated, quick thinker, ability to multi-task
Must be comfortable with phone sales
Ability to adjust to new circumstances and can handle operational changes with ease and confidence
Can identify difficult situations and use proper judgment to handle the situation quickly without direct supervision
Must be team player with ideas to share to ensure productivity
Must have excellent time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
HVAC knowledge is a plus, must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
