Weare a full-service commercial mechanical systems provider specializing in design,fabrication, installation, service, and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, andbuilding automation systems. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a ProjectManager who can lead projects with precision, exceed client expectations,and drive profitability.

What You'll Do :

Effectively use your knowledge of mechanicalplans / spec and design / build to manage commercial HVAC installation projectsfrom start to finish
Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling toensure smooth execution
Work closely with general contractors,engineers, and vendors
Handle RFIs, submittals, change proposals, andproject schedules
Ensure proper permits are obtained andcompliance with all regulations
Optimize cost efficiency by managing materials,purchasing, and vendor returns
Prepare and review monthly Estimated Cost atCompletion (ECAC) reports

What We're Looking For :

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercialmechanical construction

Strong knowledge of mechanical plans / spec &design / build industry

Exceptional organizational and communicationskills

Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, andOutlook

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to makeindependent decisions

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management orrelated (preferred but not required)
