About the Role :
We're expanding our Insurance Advocacy team and are looking for a Medical Credentialing Specialist to join us. This role will be based in our Highland Village / Denton or Frisco office. After a 90-day probation period, there's potential to transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
You will be a part of our Advocacy Team , they manage the insurance lifecycle-from verifying benefits and submitting pre-authorizations to following up on claims, posting payments, and obtaining HMO referrals. You would be responsible for ensuring that all our medical providers meet the necessary credentialing requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Credentialing providers with insurance companies
- Tracking expiration dates and renewals
- Staying updated on accreditation and regulatory changes
- Building and maintaining an efficient system to track your progress
