Position Overview : Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and practices, with a strong focus on accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Process checks, ACH and wire payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
- Set up and maintain vendor records, including discounts, tax IDs, banking details, and address information.
- Configure and maintain workflow approvals.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with annual audit process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary / Wage Range
55,000 - $60,000 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
