Position Overview:

Star Preschools is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director with a Director I or Director II certification, strong leadership experience (1 years in a managerial role), and a solid background in early childhood education (3 years). If you have a talent for building relationships and creating a nurturing learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate:

  • EEC Director I/II certification
  • CDA, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a large group in an EEC-licensed program
  • Holds EEC Director II qualifications
  • Expertise in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
