Description
StarCare Specialty Health System (StarCare) is seeking an innovative and results-driven Multimedia Content Creator to oversee the creation of all media content with a strong emphasis on digital media. This position is pivotal in crafting compelling multimedia content that communicates StarCare’s mission, engages a variety of audiences, and strengthens brand presence across all platforms. From video production to graphic design and beyond, the Multimedia Content Creator leads efforts in content development for all media types.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the creation and management of all media types, including but not limited to video, graphic design, photography, written materials, and audio content.
- Develops and executes a digital-first media strategy, ensuring content resonates across social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing channels.
- Collaborates with internal departments to produce engaging multimedia materials that promote initiatives, events, and programs.
- Manages end-to-end production processes, from concept ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and brand alignment.
- Analyzes media performance and audience engagement to refine strategies and optimize impact.
- Stays current with advancements in digital media trends and technologies to implement forward-thinking approaches.
- Maintains an organized archive of multimedia assets for accessibility and future use.
Schedule: This is a full-time/non-exempt position scheduled Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to meet the needs of the department.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in multimedia design, communication, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a master's degree.
- Experience in multimedia content creation or similar.
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced skills in digital content creation, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and design platforms.
- Expertise in social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations is a plus but not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have a Texas driver's license, liability auto insurance, and be insurable under the Agency's insurance.
