Position Overview :
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Starcloud, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and optimizing the manufacturing processes required to build our current and future space-based data centers, from subsystems to AIT. You will oversee the lifecycle of manufacturing components, ensuring high-quality production and rapid, seamless integration onto the spacecraft, collaborating closely with the design team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Ownership :
Own and manage manufacturing processes and products for in-house production.
Lead the introduction of new product assemblies, working closely with design engineers and process specialists.
Monitor schedules, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of owned products.
Work with the Design Engineering team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges early in product development.
