Technical Specialist- Junior

Description

The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.

• This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it.
• This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using ServiceNow.
• The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs.
• Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
  
  

Experience Required

• Experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
