Job Responsibilities
- Project Management : & Maintain documentation on milestones, timelines statuses, cross-functional dependencies timelines, risks / issues / blockers, project health
- Sprint Planning Manage delivery : & Plan Sprints, Groom Backlog, Jira Hygiene, gather updates and statusing, drive progress help unblock issues
- Scrum Scrum of Scrums : & Scrum ceremonies (i.e. daily standups, sprint retrospectives, etc.), Represent the team for Scrum of Scrums, coach drive team adherence to agile methodology.
- Manage UAT : Schedule Manage UAT, Go-No Go approval from Business, Report UAT progress. DRive Go-No Go approval from Business
- Release Management : & Plan releases, Obtain release approvals, Send Release Notes
- Report Metrics : a) Capacity utilization, b) On-time delivery,& & c) Code coverage, d) Bug count, e) Round trip,& f) Product Quality,& e) Automated test coverage
