Release and build engineering for the Yantra (Sterling) application that will be used both as Staples order management system and an integral part of Staples supply chain and retail execution portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience with an enterprise class J2EE package implementation, must have experience with J2EE technologies, an understanding of build and release management principles and experience in configuring packaged applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Configure J2EE based application to support SOMS/OFL
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Support code and configuration management
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Regularly perform platform upgrades.
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Create and maintain build, deployment and rollback scripts/tools
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Execute scheduled application builds and deployments
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Provide support for application and environment configuration issues
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Coordinate with support teams to support and resolve build issues

Basic skills:
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & experience in Sterling OMS Build and Deployment Management and Platform maintenance.
& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Full project lifecycle experience on 2 or more large J2EE projects&
