How You'll Make an Impact
The Client Development Director (Director) is responsible for becoming first and foremost a client partner. We expect them to create win / win outcomes that will lead to revenue growth for Epsilon. The ideal candidate will use general business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions can help clients achieve their business goals.
The Client Development Director reports to the commercial leader for mid-market and emerging verticals. The Director will work closely with team members from Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Legal and Compliance
The Director will be consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's compelling priorities and help them meet their goals. The Director will work to quickly learn and understand landscape the client operates in to help address their needs in way that is competitive and meaningful.
What You'll Achieve
- Lead internal teams for the preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions
- Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of account both internally and externally
- Negotiate with client's key decision makers and influencers to create positive outcomes for Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions and the client
- Develop a roadmap for success over time that will enable client satisfaction, growth and trust. In time, become the Client's Trusted Advisor
- Develop the internal talent needed to deliver strong results and client satisfaction

10 years of professional sales & marketing business experience;
