Job Description
The Senior Analyst of Data Engineering will play a hands-on and supportive role within PHM's Data Enablement Department. This team is responsible for processing and maintaining all incoming data, as well as serving as the primary liaison for PHM's data needs with HCP publishers.
This individual will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and industry vendors to monitor data transfers, conduct data quality assurance, and maintain documentation. Additionally, they will support the Director of Data Engineering in enforcing enterprise-wide data processes and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within media advertising.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

- Support a portfolio of data projects across multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media Tech, BI, Media, Strategy, Investments, and Tech & Data.
- Leverage data warehouse and ETL solutions to manage and execute data transfers efficiently.
- Automate data retrieval, transformation, and loading processes to improve efficiency.
- Execute data management tasks, such as feed ingestion and metadata organization.
- Monitor and enhance data stability, security, and compliance in all processes.
- Analyze trends, present insights, and provide recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data engineering issues in collaboration with BI, Technology, and Data teams.
- Maintain and enforce best practices for data handling, storage, and utilization.

Compensation Range : $72,390 - $109,480 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
