Job Description
As a Senior Designer you are expert in determining initial design strategy to final sign-off, you are involved in all phases of design development with a strong focus on execution. You are often working on several projects at a time under the direction of a design lead.
Your specialty : Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects. You have strong leadership skills and train and mentor designers.
Responsibilities
Works under the direction of a design lead to contribute to, and create, design concepts including all aspects of design systems.Leverages a strong understanding of technology and user experience.Responsible for asset creation, production, animation, editing materials, and other design tasks.Implements website accessibility standards.Actively participates in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions.Partners with team members to ensure projects meet objectives.Assists creative lead in research and presentation materials.Presents work to internal teams.Participates in new business initiatives.Proactive, "can do" approach to providing creative solutions.Rapid response on creative projects with fast turn-around.Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in design, fine arts, or related field.Exceptional portfolio that includes strong system design thinking.Experience Working with service and e-commerce design.Expert design and layout applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere).Good understanding of motion design and design principles.Additional Information

Compensation Range : $66,785.00 - $101,085.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
