Job Description
Our team is looking for a Senior Presentation Designer to shape and form the look and story flow of presentations for our executive client team on one of the Agency's highest profile clients. In this role, you'll work closely with our internal teams, including Senior Leadership, to develop creative, dynamic, engaging presentations and other deliverables. These might take the form of slide decks, icons, video assets, logos, social media content, posters, signage...or whatever communication tool is coming next. The goal across the board? To inspire, inform, and captivate the attention of our clients.
We're looking for a passionate designer with a sharp, strategic mindset, capable of turning complex briefs into inspiring creative. You'll bring storytelling expertise, fresh perspectives, and the ability to balance speed and quality to every project.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Senior Leadership and our account teamsDesign overall agency branding and visual communications across all platforms : presentations, posters and signage, social media content creation, agency website, infographics / logos, internal communications, etc.Create & execute PowerPoint presentations that challenge the norm and elevate our Agency POVVisualize and manage video assets for presentationsWork closely with the strategic and account team during tight deadlines for clients.Concept and creation of strategic decks for global, regional and local pitches and programsAssist in building and implementing new approaches to presentations and design workAct as a champion of brand standards and guidelinesMaintain the client graphic aesthetic and qualityManage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlinesQualifications
3-5 years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout designExpert skills in PowerPoint requiredUnderstanding of Keynote and other presentation platforms desiredExcellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud is a mustUnderstanding of After Effects, Editing and Video production is an added bonusImpeccable attention to detailStrong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skillsAble to easily liaise with people outside the design team & create work based on a verbal or written briefSelf-starter and well-organizedPositive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedbackAbility to work under tight deadlinesBranding and logo design experienceProficiency with video editing and / or animation is a plus

Compensation Range : $79,990 - $125,925 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
