Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our human resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and operational HR tasks, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, and serving as a point of contact for employees. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid office attendance required : 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote work flexibility.
  • Responsibilities

    What you will be doing :

    HRIS and Metrics

  • Keep the HRIS system up to date for your employee groups.
  • Create and maintain HR files and documentation including personnel, contractor, and off-site HR files.
  • Utilize various HRIS reporting tools to create routine and ad hoc reports for your needs, and your clients' needs.
  • Respond to Audit requests and review and respond to data discrepancies.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Responsible for I-9 compliance including the review and maintenance of I-9 forms.
  • Ensure all background checks are processed timely.
  • Implement full cycle on-boarding and off-boarding initiatives, conducting new hire coordination and communication and conducting exit interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • General HR Administration

  • Serve as first point of contact for all benefits and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Focus on your clients; acknowledge and / or respond to inquiries from clients and colleagues within 24 business hours.
  • Monitor the progress of performance reviews to ensure 100% completion.
  • Responsible for managing and facilitating the processing of all Work / Life benefit programs.
  • Facilitate internal events and programs as needed.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement.
  • Manage quarterly and annual Corporate Social Responsibility reporting.
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Innate curiosity and interest in self-education.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Can analyze data and recommend changes based on the analysis.
  • Drive programs and projects through to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; strong ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions. Ability to pivot recommendations based on the situation.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Applied knowledge of HR practices & principles and the laws and regulations affecting HR.
  • What we look for :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the responsibilities of the job.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing, human resources role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems).
  • Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administration
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

    Compensation Range : $39,710 - $52,605 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
