Overview
The project management team develops and owns governance around project management to ensure a standard, effective process to deliver our products and services.
The Sr. Associate, Project Management applies project management best practices to key product and service delivery initiatives. The Senior Associate possesses knowledge of various project management methodologies to help drive projects related to the measurement of client initiatives and product development. In addition, the Sr. Associate assists the team leads in partnering closely with internal and client capability leads to ensure the team is working cohesively to deliver on agreed scope.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the media advertising space and will be a proactive partner in making suggestions and improvements to processes and practices. The Sr. Associate will manage the delivery and program management of Paid Media programs and product launches. Role requires high client interaction skills, management of multiple workstreams and expertise in the paid media space including data, analytics, strategy and activation.
This team member is equal parts PM (Project Management) guru, strategic thinker, consummate problem solver, trusted advisor, team leader, priority juggler and seasoned cat herder. People in this role go beyond just managing large accounts or portfolios…they’re also player / coaches, facilitators, collaborators, and community builders. They roll-up their sleeves, they help teams see the forest through the trees, and they’re not afraid to color outside the lines. This person is an expert who is also adept at client management and team leadership. They will be accountable for delivery, the client relationship and ensuring we fulfill our promises.
- Understands client priorities & works with multiple client stakeholders; focuses their feedback to guide towards objectives.
- Acts as a trusted adviser to the team; identifies solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives, organizational barriers, and cross-agency needs.
- Tackles issues when milestones are not met, mitigates against risks before they become issues, tracks / actions against dependencies and is a team lead & champion.
- Leads team through ambiguity and uncertainty.

Compensation Range : $62,400 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
