As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests in a professional manner and check them in or out of their rooms as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, including handling phone calls, responding to guest requests..
- Provide excellent customer service by offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to inform guests of available options.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of guest transactions and communicate with other hotel staff as needed.
- Perform tasks related to hotel operations, including opening and closing the front desk, processing reservations.
