URGENTLY HIRING- Starfish Aquatic Club is searching for QUALITY Swim Instructors for locations: FULL HOURLY PAY- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Previous Experience & Swim Certification Based)

The right Swim Instructor candidate SHOULD:
- be Lifeguard certified and/or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certified or similar swim instructor certification
- Saturdays and Sundays 9-2pm - one weekend day a priority!! Please do not apply if you cannot work a weekend day.
- open and energetic personality
- able to work as a member of a team
- able to communicate effectively with parents/students
- knowledgeable about swimming progression
- strong customer service skills
- long term goals of working with the company for at least 1 year.
Benefits:
- FULL HOURLY PAY- Our swim instructors are paid through each full hour of their shift. NOT by lessons, like other swim schools. Our swim instructors are still paid hourly despite customer absences! Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (experience based)

- New and inexperienced swim instructors can be trained, but must be comfortable with children, adults, have SWIMMING EXPERIENCE and eager to learn, we will train the right individuals.
HOURS AVAILABLE: Saturdays 9-2pm; Sundays 9-2pm. You can pick both or only one of the days to work. Additional days MAY be available, however priority is placed on people who can work weekends.
