Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a keen eye for detail and innovation. This role involves creating visually engaging content, tracking trends and analytics, organizing digital resources, and contributing innovative ideas to campaigns. You will also manage and curate content, develop social media strategies, and oversee client and artist accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management & Curation: Manage and curate content for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with the personal brand voice and vision of clients and artists.
- Content Planning: Develop weekly social media calendars and generate engaging post ideas tailored to specific clients and artists.
- Account Management: Oversee the backend of client and artist social media accounts, ensuring timely and captivating content is shared across platforms.
- Visual Content Creation: Edit and enhance social media content using editing tools, prioritizing visual appeal and brand consistency.
- Documentation: Attend in-house meetings, take comprehensive notes, and translate them into polished, professional documents for internal and client use.
- Resource Organization: Maintain well-structured digital folders for seamless access to meeting notes and project resources.
- Task Coordination: Organize and manage day-to-day tasks and deadlines, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets project goals.
- Creative Contribution: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns and strategies.
- Design Expertise: Utilize Adobe or other design tools to create visually stunning and engaging content.
- Trend Monitoring & Analytics: Stay ahead of social media trends and analyze platform metrics to refine strategies and boost engagement.
- Insight Sharing: Present the latest statistics and actionable insights to the internal team to optimize campaigns and improve audience interaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. (Ideal)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
