We are seeking an Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager in Mandan!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial accounts, retain new and existing clients, and maintain a partnership with producers to support business development. You will also
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies
- Conduct renewals for existing customers
- Review and entry of premium and billing information
- Obtain information and documentation from customers
- Resolve customer issues
- Promote insurance products
- Properly document the details of customer and company conversations
You should be:

You should have:
- Excellent customer service skills

- Proven interpersonal communication skills
- Insurance license in property, casualty, life and health
