Position: Retail Banking Manager
Locations: Bismarck or Fargo
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the retail banking function, which includes setting the vision and strategy for retail banking
- Partnering with Marketing to develop retail banking marketing strategies
- Ensuring quality customer service
- Achieving budget
- Onboarding and training retail banking staff
- Coaching and managing direct reports
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service, sales and retail banking experience is required
- A minimum of five years of related experience
- Supervisor and leadership skills are required
