As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and organized Operations Manager to help lead and streamline day-to-day operations at our Sarasota headquarters.
Position Overview
The Operations and Office Manager will oversee all administrative and operational functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting key departments including logistics, sales, customer service, and inventory. This role serves as the organizational hub of the company—responsible for optimizing internal workflows, managing vendor relationships, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring alignment between departments. You will play a key role in creating systems, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that support scalability as we expand our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Oversight
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is efficient, organized, and well-maintained
- Oversee internal processes for order management, inventory tracking, shipping, and fulfillment
- Liaise with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery and restocking
- Monitor and refine logistics workflows to ensure operational excellence
Administrative & Office Management
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel
- Coordinate internal communications, meeting scheduling, and company events
- Serve as point of contact for facility-related needs
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Support communication and collaboration across sales, marketing, customer service, and fulfillment teams
- Assist leadership in executing company-wide initiatives, training, and process improvements
- Ensure documentation and SOPs are kept up to date across departments
- Support HR and finance functions with onboarding, payroll coordination, and reporting
Technology & Systems Management
- Assist with onboarding and training employees on internal systems (e.g., inventory management, order entry tools, communication platforms)
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain digital files, reports, and records with accuracy and confidentiality

- Proven track record managing fast-paced operations, preferably in a distribution, logistics, or product-based environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years experience in operations, office management, or administrative leadership
- Background in logistics, 3PL, wholesale, or product-based businesses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); bonus for experience with inventory/order management systems
- Experience supporting or managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business systems, process flows, and vendor relationships
