Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and committed to serving those impacted by mental health and addictive disorders. Certification in primary care or psychiatry acceptable. All are welcome to apply! Training and support available for the right candidate! Weekend hours available for those supplementing income.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement patient care/treatment plans
- Administer treatments including prescribing psychotropic medications, medication-assisted therapy (MAT), and providing psychotherapeutic interventions and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaboration with physician and other healthcare professionals
