Job description
Stark Solutions in Conroe Texas manufactures Quick Opening Closures for the oil and gas industry. The company is managed by leaders with decades of experience in the industry who strive to ensure that their customers get high quality products that will stand the test of time. Due to company growth, Stark is seeking an additional Quality Inspector who will come work as part of its QC Team to assist in maintaining the company’s high level of Quality Control through its inspection processes. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is precise, detail oriented and thorough.
Job Requirements
- Check compliance to machine and fabrication drawings
- Ensure compliance to quality control documentation and quality manual
- Provide feedback to appropriate Team Leads and QC Manager based on inspection findings
- Inspect fabricated components, heat codes, welds, machine dimensions, etc.
- Conduct inspection test plans per customer requirements.
- Meet regularly with QC Manager and manufacturing team to review quality finding and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Well-organized, detail-oriented
- Familiar with quality control processes and ISO 9001
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical skills paired with common sense
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Personal qualities of integrity and strong work ethic, and team-orientated
- Must be able to adapt to changes in work environment
- Must maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment as outlined by safety standards
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to pass background and substance screening
