What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Porter - 45 Hour Week position at Stark Solutions, LLC?

Essential Job Functions
- Carry out different types of cleaning tasks on a schedule
- Make adjustments and minor repairs as required to support the manufacturing activities
- Ensure floors are swept and mopped on scheduled frequency
- Ensure cleanliness in high traffic manufacturing areas
- Maintain exterior of shop and office area; Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure exterior signage is cleaned
- Remove trash from trash bins, recycle bins and any waste.
- Special projects as needed
- Move material as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Forklift operation a plus
- Must be able to pass background and substance screening
- Must be able to meet organizational performance factors such as safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift
- Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), stretching and bending is required
