Tasks you'll be doing:
Using hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties
Laying sod
Planting Trees and shrubs
Operating small heavy equipment
Fertilizing
Digging
Raking/grading
Installing Sprinkler Systems
Installing Pavers and Flagstone
Installing Firepits and Patios
Skills we're seeking:
Excellent customer service: communication with commercial superintendents, residential homeowner’s, sales reps and supply distributors
Experience with reading plans and blueprints
Experience in leading crews and being responsible for project completion
Knowledge and familiarity with common landscape construction practices
Experience operating small heavy equipment: skid-steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, pipe-pullers, hole-augers, chainsaws and other handheld machinery
Extensive knowledge of and experience in installing irrigation systems: point of connection, controller mounting and programming, control valves, sprinklers and drip irrigation, backflow preventer install and repair, general repair and diagnostics
5 years commercial landscape experience preferred

Skills and abilities required:
Work 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday (Overtime/Weekend work required when necessary)
Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day · Valid Idaho driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work
