How do you excel in this position
Stark Tech is searching for an Operations Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Buffalo, NY! We are looking for an individual to provide financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting support to company management. Must have excellent communication, problem solving, and analysis skills. Review financial information such as income statements and project profitability reports for multiple business units and provide insight into business and project performance for management. Review KPIs such as project margin and provide insight into any significant changes. Produce percentage of completion work-in-progress reports for operations leaders and project managers to review.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analyst role required.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
Knowledge of ERP systems preferred. Sage Intacct experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel required.
Proficiency of Microsoft Access, Power Query, Power BI, or other database tools preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
