STARK is seeking a Pad/Border Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for cutting padding orders to precise specifications using a cutting machine or handheld blade. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the cutting process.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Receive and inspect padding cut orders for accuracy
- Create, review, and revise pad and border designs in accordance with technical specifications, safety guidelines, and client expectations.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, design standards, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and manufacturing to ensure orders are completed timely.
- Mentor junior team members, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and company policies in all design processes.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or material cutting preferred.
- Ability to measure and cut materials accurately based on order specifications.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move padding as needed.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability.
