Must possess superior time management, organizational and priority setting skills. Have ability to remain composed when faced with competing priorities. Have ability to manage multiple assignments or tasks through to completion.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior Production Planning experience desirable. Customer Service experience helpful. Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. This position may often require bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Read order to determine desired size/shape of carpet
- Kick, stretch and nail carpet down to tackout floor using nail gun and tape measure
- Apply correct chemical to product to assist in the stretching process
- Apply secondary backings on carpet using tackout method and spray glue
- Using computer, scan order to the next process in Fabrication
- Ensure finished product of department is to the utmost high-quality workmanship.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
