American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Sonography R.T.(S)(ARRT) or registry eligible with successful completion of the registry within six months of employment required.
Licensed by the State of Indiana as Radiologic Technologist required if holding R.T.(R)(ARRT) and performing radiography. May work under Radiology Student Permit for the first 6 months post graduation
Schedule Information
Days, 7a-4p, call required : A minimum of 2 weekends / month and 1-2 nights during the week

Ultrasound Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to : abdominal, pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms. Proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.
